Data Retention
How long we store your information

Active Enrollment Period
All student academic, attendance, and communication data is retained for the full duration of active enrollment.
3 YR
Post-Enrollment — Academic Records
Grades, transcripts, and performance records are retained for up to 3 years after a student leaves, for official reference purposes.
1 YR
Post-Enrollment — Contact & Health Data
Personal contact details and health records are retained for 1 year after enrollment ends, then securely deleted.

Device & Usage Logs
Technical and usage logs are retained for 90 days for security and diagnostic purposes, then automatically purged.
ℹ️ Legal Override
Where retention is required by applicable education law or regulatory mandate, we may retain certain data for longer periods to remain compliant.

Data Deletion
How to request removal of your data
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. Here is how the process works:
- ①Submit a Request: Email abhishekborpa@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request," including your full name, role, and associated school name.
- ②Identity Verification: We will verify your identity within 5 business days to protect against unauthorized requests.
- ③Processing: Once verified, your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days.
- ④Confirmation: You will receive written confirmation once deletion is complete.
⚠️ Exceptions to Deletion
Some data may be retained even after a deletion request if required by law (e.g., official academic records mandated by education authorities). We will inform you of any exceptions at the time of your request.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Special protections for users under 13

This application may be used by children under 13 years of age. We apply the highest level of data protection to all minor users in compliance with COPPA and Google Play's Families Policy.
In compliance with COPPA and Google Play Families Policy, we:

- ✓Do not display behavioural advertising to children under 13
- ✓Do not collect more data than is strictly necessary for educational functionality
- ✓Allow parents and guardians to review, correct, or delete their child's data at any time
- ✓Store children's data with enhanced encryption and strictly limited access controls
